1677x cpu upgrade

Got a 1677x - just thinking about upgrading the CPU - anyone has any success putting a Zen 2 - Ryzen 3xxx CPU into this machine?

I see the firmware for 1677xu-rp able to support Ryzen 2. I know they are different beast. Wondering if anyone has any luck or suggestion.
