Anmeldung in der qnap my cloud geht nicht

hallo leute seit gestern habe ich ein ts251+…habe einen qnap account erstellt, kann mich beim qnap, dem account und der online in my cloud anmelden…auf dem nas starte ich meine cloud dann soll ich die qid und passwort eingeben gemacht getan es kommt aber die fehlermeldung das zum server keine verbindung hergestellt werden kann fehlercode 11…was mache ich als neuer falsch…gruss

Based on the translation it looks like you’re getting error code 11.

I checked with the myQNAPcloud team, that error code means that the myQNAPcloud app can’t connect to the myQNAPcloud cloud service.

To help troubleshoot, please try these:

  1. Check if your NAS can access to the internet (for example, use SSH to ping a public service like Google).
  2. Check if your NAS or network environment is blocking connections to QNAP cloud services.
