Netback HDP Cannot Delete old repositories in Public Folder

After SSD cache failure due to overheating, I cannot delete old HDP repositories in Public Folder even after deleting them through HDP app on TS-464 Any ideas? I dont want to reformat system with 2x20 GB, 2x22 GB HDD and 2x 800GB SSD Also can no longer log into HDP through Windows app on some machines - any ideas how to fix this?
