I’m using TS-673A, FW: 5.28, HDP 2.3.2 and Agen 1.3.1 one VM is not able to restore. After pick VM from backup to restore on the Left side then the right side is not list destination folder so it is not allow to move next step. Tried to change destination server result are same
my environment is Hyper-V cluster 2019, 2 nodes
it is Critical and Urgent, need help pleaseeeee
How large was that VM? I know of discussions about not being able to restore VM images that were too large (in the TB)
it is total 1000GB (2 of vhdx), any way to force restore?

Last Update I had was from 2024 (Post 76) where I asked a QNAP Support tech at a local event and the limitation was still present.
By the way, previously before update firmware and HDP as well as Agent it success to restore but not output moreover same VM used to restore 2 times in last quater, So this is quite streng then. Any way thanks for your value information.
I hope some other user or QNAP can chime in with some more support. (I could never get HDP running, the freeware backup plugin it uses always threw errors for me)
