About a year ago in an old forum thread where I complained about the inflexibility in configuring the USB One Touch Backup feature, I corresponded with a Qnap tech who said Qnap was considering the assignment of a saved backup job which could be pre-configured through USB settings, channeled through the front panel USB port, and initiated by pressing the USB One Touch Copy button. Has any work been done on this and is it available? Thanks!
