I just noticed that HD Player isn’t able to play video files. It can only play the audio, displaying a black screen. After several tests, I’ve verified that this only happens when CAYIN Media Sign Player isn’t installed (Instead I’m using CAYIN Media Viewer). How can this be fixed? I don’t want both CAYIN versions installed.
As far as I know, to get everything to work, you need both.
Really? I was reading some articles of the knwoledge base and seems that Cayin Media Viewer will replace Media Sign. In fact Media Sign will not be compatible with QTS 6.0. Do you have both installed and working fine?
Yes, and I previously tried only using one or the other (I think I read the same thing.) and each experiment broke something.
And it’s very weird. MediaViewer will play MP4s and all but not MP2s w/o paying. It’s backwards of MediaSign. I wish they would consolidate things.
