And if you have the exact name for this key, will appreciate.
On QNAP site it is write : Hard disk lock x 1
on https://eustore.qnap.com/ it’s such models :
KEY-01, KEY-02, KEY-03, KEY-HDDTRAY-01
but none of these articles specify which QNAP model they are intended for

Hi and welcome to the forum. 
Many QNAP models from that time used the same barrel key because the drive trays were all identical. It’s the same key for my TS-559 Pro+ and TS-569 Pro.

I don’t know why the shop has several part codes for the same item. If it was eBay or AliExpress, different codes would mean different styles, colours or quantities. The only similarity here is the quantities. All the metal keys are the same.

Actually, this is for a friend whose QNAP was hit a few years ago by the eCh0raix ransomware (new version).
We waited to see if a solution—other than paying the ransom—would become available.
But nothing until now.
So, I’m going to take out a drive to make a backup using Clonezilla, for example, before formatting it. Just in case a solution to decrypt it becomes available.

The two metal keys above are likely the same. Look at the part numbers - KEY-03-10PCS - that’s a 10 piece pack of keys.
