I’m disappointed. I used to be a QNAP forum user, but my account has been banned for whatever reason. It says “Too many login attempts”. I haven’t had any problems logging in, and I haven’t tried logging in for months. I modified my password, for the sake of it, logged back in, tried to create a new message, and when submitting the message: MySQL Insert error… Anyway. I tried creating a new account, but I also get a MSQL Insert error.
OK. Fine. I come to this “Community” web site. How disappointing…All messages are mixed… We’re lost…And there’s that notorious “AI” stuff that no one wants but that companies want to throw down our throat… Topics are labelled with tags… Can you imagine the number of tags there will be? Many, many… The forum was better organized, content was easier to find.
When all messages are mixed like this, this refrains visitors from browsing the messages, reading and helping others… There was so many categories and subcategories in the QNAP forum, it was great, nicely organized, no time wasted searching… Anyway… Just my opinion.
