Is myQNAPcloud Storage provided by Wasabi?

Hi,

When I backup to myQNAPcloud Storage, my QNAP NAS often connects to Wasabi’s IP addresses. Why is this happening? I don’t have a Wasabi subscription. Does Wasabi provide the storage for myQNAPcloud Storage?

Thanks!

I think it varies depending on what server you are using.

So my local server here is owned by Amazon. I would expect QNAP to use multiple different data center providers that are the most economical for them in a given area. In fact, in places like the US, they may use more than one. Who knows…
