Is there an IOS mobil app to log into NAS?

If not define ‘log into’, also make sure the NAS is not web exposed

Thanks, downloaded but can’t login with app or link… states username of password incorrect. I can login with PC on home network. What am I missing?
I’m new with QNAP

not sure what link you are talking about (see my warning about web exposed NAS)

Open the app use the IP address of you NAS to connect and your admin account and admin password (you can try if an alternative admin works, otherwise re-enable the original admin)

Install Wireguard on a compatible router or a Raspberry Pi. Alternatively install Tailscale on the NAS itself. Then you will be (safely) able to access your NAS remotely.

As mentioned I’m new with QNAP setup. That said I turned on DDNS and ran TEST FAILED.

Yeah…never ever ever ever expose a QNAP to WAN, forget DDNS and delete portforwards asap

Use a VPN (no does not cost anything) or CloudLink
