there is no TS-431PD

admin - admin work only for QTS 4.4 or earlier.

For other QTS versions

Thank you to Becker2020 for the helpful explanation and reference link.

As mentioned in the FAQ shared by Becker2020, after a system reset the default admin account will be enabled again, and the default password depends on the QTS / QuTS hero version. For QTS / QuTS hero 5.2.0 and later, the default password is the device’s Cloud Key, entered in uppercase letters without special characters.

For example:
If the Cloud Key is Q1234-5678, please enter the password as Q12345678.
