Using the ‘myqnapcloud’ web interface on my iphone mini I can successfull log in to my home NAS. Doing the same on iPad or PC does not show the overlaid feedback form. But on the iPhone, when the home page for the NAS is displayed it is partly obscured with a form. Most of the form is off the screen including any buttons or links. It appears to be some sort of feed back form but I cannot move or close it and therefore cannot access the underlying home page for my server. Rotating the phone either shows the left edge of the form (portrait) or the top edge of the form (landscape). Any ideas how to close the form?
If it’s convenient, would you be able to provide a screenshot of the issue you’re seeing? That would be really helpful for us to understand it better.
Thanks!
A couple of things:
1.) Can you pinch and zoom outward to show more of the form?
2.) On the very left of the address box there is that funny little rectangle icon with two lines under that. Tap that. A menu will show up. On the bottom right off that menu is a little button with 3 dots. Tap that. Now a bigger menu shows up that is called the “Page Menu.” On that menu is an option to “Request Desktop Website” - tap that and see if you get improvement. You may have to scroll around a bit after loading the desktop website, but it should work.
Jon, thanks for looking into my issue and giving these suggestions.

I can enlarge the view so that the text is bigger. However it does not allow me to scroll to see any more of the over lapping window. It is like the overlapping window is mostly to the right of the main window and the scrolling is limited to the right side of the main window.

I didn’t see the address box or the funny menu button. However after a bit of fiddling I did get to the desktop mode. So that is working as expected but the overlapping window is still occupying the right quarter of the screen. Taking up valuable space on an already small screen.
My phone is an Apple 13 mini, one of their smallest screen sizes.
Many thanks.
Have you logged into the MyQnap Cloud website from a desktop? It looks like they are asking you something. Maybe once you fill that out, it will go away and not bother your mobile usage?
I will also be reporting this issue to our internal team for further review.
Jon, Yes I have tried loggin in on both a desktop PC (Windows) and an iPad. Neither of these show another window/form looking for feedback. This was the situation before I made my first post and I have just tried in again and it is still the same. The feedback form still appears on my iPhone but not on either of the other devices.
Thanks to both you and Steve for looking into this. I hope the tech team can come up with a solution soon.
Phil.
