myqnapcloud link update for TS110

Hi

my first ever post, so I hope I do it correctly.

I have an ancient TS110. I am currently setting up remote access for the first time since I have owned the 110. I am required to update myqnapcloud link to enable it to connect, but the TS110 is not on the list of NAS, for which the latest update covers. Are there any other options open to me?

No, this 17 year old NAS is not capable of supporting the required minimum firmware version.

You need to look into an edge device for access (firewall,router or raspi)

Unfortunately, the TS-110 does not support the myQNAPcloud Link app. This feature is only supported on QTS 4.3.3 or above (minimum build 20170503). We apologize for the inconvenience!
