No access after system reset QNAP TS251 with defaults passwords admin or MAC

I have performed a system reset on my TS251 after I lost my password. However, I cannot enter the system anymore with the username admin/admin or admin / MAC number.

Is there any other way to access the system and create a new password again?

Password depends on your (unknown) firmware version

I have QTS 5.2.9.3499. admin/admin doesn’t work, admin / MAC doesn’t work. And I do not have a Cloud Key
