I got permission to share the link. here are the details
You can download the PC Agent v1.3.0 form the following temporary link myQNAPcloud
Note per tech: that this is a temporary link, Qnap will post the official link on the download site soon (I really don’t know why they have not posted it yet), the temporary link may get removed without notice.
Thank you marcoi for your efforts and the link.
As we can see NetBak PC Agent 1.2.x is now HPC PC Agent V1.3.0. Seems to work properly. But they changed a lot. HDP PC Agent got a new icon and every HDP PC Agent user logged in is now visible as online user in the control center. These are the changes on my first sight. First backup with v 1.3 is still running.
First attempt failed, dont know why. Log says “Failed to backup “C:…”, but second try now runs correctly.
TVS-473e v5.2.7.3297 New to NetBak PC Agent, but not new to QNAP.
My HDP IS v2.2.4 . This is what I got from the App Center. The NetBak PC Agent is still v1.2.6 as mentioned previously. I haven’t set anything up yet but I’m going to grab the v1.3.0 agent from the link in case I need it. Appreciate this thread guys, thank you!
Do you know why Netbak PC version 1.3 was removed from the official website?
Is App Center back to version 2.2.4.1?
Is there a serious bug?
Because I use the latest versions available on NAS, and after a few days they are removed from the website.
I updated the my HDP to 2.3.x and its not working. Again downgrade to the 2.2.4.1 and now the agents cant logging to the server!
If you have the version 2.3.x could you please share the app with me?
thanks in advance
Doesn’t work! Windows won’t run it. Even tried replacing the 1.2.6 exe file with it in the windows app data area in case it needed those dll’s. Might need new dll’s to work???
i didnt have any issue installing it on a few windows boxes. I ran the down load and it updated the old version. Have you tried removing the old 1.2.5 netbak app rebooting and retrying the install 1.3.0 netbak?
Also any chance some antivirus or firewall is causing the file to not download correctly causing install issues?

I haven’t’ tried uninstalling Netbak 1.2..6 because I don’t want to recreate all my backup schedules. However I did try removing the 1.2.6 exe and replacing it with the 1.3 and windows won’t run it. I would have to do this for 7 PC’s.
