Qcenter broke with latest update

Updated 6 NAS Qcenter Agent and 1 NAS to Qcenter. After the NAS’s on local network work. Remote NAS’s claim they are on a different version.

So, I noticed on the NAS’s that aren’t working there is an older version 1.12.7081. Downloaded and manually tried to install 1.13.0004. see attached.

Hello,
1 NAS is a QuTShero-NAS.
The new qcenter was only for QTS.

I think you should open a ticket

Sorry, we’re having a bit of trouble understanding the issue and want to make sure we get it right. When you mention the version difference, are you referring to the QCenter version, or the NAS firmware version? And what exactly differs between them?

The reason I ask is that the second reply seems to describe uploading a firmware file into App Center — and 5.2.9 / 5.2.10 are firmware versions rather than QPKG (app) versions, so I’m a little confused about what’s happening. Could you share a bit more detail about the problem you’re seeing? Thanks!

all 6 QTS NAS’s are on 5.2.10.3577 (see first screenshot) The QuTS NAS is on h5.2.10.3577. Qcenter is on the TVSh-1288x. I opened a ticket on the TVSh-674. Q-202609-56695.

@Steveko ,
Since Q’Center 1.13.0004 Q’Center worked only with the container station !!! That is new.
There is no info in the release notes.

It still doesn’t work. I have a server on the latest version, and previously I had 17 QNAPs connected to it, all running the latest system versions plus the newest center. It disconnected all connections, and now the QNAPs can’t connect to the main NAS anymore.

Status of ticket: after Two live sessions and numerous attempts to make it work, it was kicked up to te devs.
