I am currently trying to use a QNA-UC10G1SF with my LG 17U70P-FA76K laptop, which is running Windows 11.
I have installed the necessary drivers and also updated the Thunderbolt 4 driver. However, after testing on both Windows and Ubuntu, I found that the device is briefly recognized via the Thunderbolt 4 port and then immediately disconnects.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue or managed to resolve it? Any advice or shared experience would be greatly appreciated.

It is possible that your laptop BIOS configuration does not have enough PCIe resource to support the dongle. If you do not find an option in your BIOS, please issue a support ticket and provide the Ubuntu kernel log for further investigation.
