Hello everyone, sorry to bother you — I’d like to ask a question regarding Qsync.
At my workplace, we use Qsync for file synchronization. However, we sometimes encounter issues when trying to open certain files.
For example, as shown in the attached image, when my colleague tried to open a PDF file, an error appeared saying “The cloud operation was not completed before the time-out period expired” (Error 0x800701AA).
What could be the cause of this? Because at the same time, other files are still accessible without any problems.
