To all QVR Human users, the long-awaited latest version 2.5.0 was released this week! This update fully supports QTS 5.2.x, QuTS hero h5.2.x / h6.0.x, and QVP 2.x operating systems.
In this version, we focused on adding new detection tasks and optimizing the setup process to provide a stricter and more intuitive management experience.
Enhanced Security: New “Area Intrusion” Detection Task Introduced!
To meet surveillance needs for home security, critical factory locations, and stores, we have equipped QVR Human with the “Area Intrusion” detection feature, evolving from traditional “record-only” surveillance to “proactively alerting” surveillance.
- Core Benefits: You can freely customize “restricted areas” according to your surveillance environment. The system instantly issues an alert the moment someone enters a designated restricted zone, enabling real-time security.
- Use Cases: Ideal for highly sensitive locations such as backyard fences, warehouse entrances, and showcases. Quickly detects abnormal intrusions and supports rapid response.
Note: This feature requires Surveillance 3.0.1 or later.
Optimized Setup Process: More Intuitive Interface Design
To combine “ease” and “accuracy” in setup, we have revamped the task wizard interface, further lowering the barrier to lar AI utilization.
- Detection Area Overlap Warning: To ensure the effectiveness of detection logic, the system automatically notifies you if the drawn polygonal areas overlap or intersect. This prevents blind spots and configuration errors, maximizing surveillance efficiency.
- Improved Guided Wizard: The text guidance during task creation has been optimized for clarity. Even users unfamiliar with NAS operations can quickly complete professional-level detection settings by following clear navigation.
