Are you using QuTS Hero? You have that tagged in the post.
In QuTS Hero, every shared folder becomes its own volume. Go into Control Panel → Shared Folders. Then in the list of shared folders, click the edit button the right hand side (looks like pencil over paper). You’ll be given a window where you can rename the folder.
Now, in terms of renaming the storage pool, I don’t think you can do that. Mine are named Storage Pool 1, Storage Pool 2 and Storage Pool 3. I was just looking a bit ago to see if I could rename them but I couldn’t figure out how. I don’t think you can. Maybe there’s a way to do it when you create the storage pool but I don’t know.
In QTS: “Storage and Snapshots” then select “Storage and Snapshots” then highlight the volume you want to rename. Click on “Manage”. Select “Rename volume Alies”. I always include “System” in the name of the system volume for less confusion if you have several.
