Samsung 980 PRO 1TB PCIe NVMe Gen4 in QNAP TS-264-8G not recognize

Hi

I have QNAP TS-264-8G model and I insert to the first M.2 slot “Samsung 980 PRO 1TB PCIe NVMe Gen4” drive.

In “Storage & Snapshots” the slot in Inactive mode.

Why? The drive working fine if I connect it to computer.

Also, I have “Samsung SSD 970 PRO 512GB” in the second M.2 slot and it work!

Only the 1TB in slot 1 not working.

Did you make sure that the drive was cleared?

You should use both NVMe in RAID1 as your system volume

Well, it turns out the card wasn’t connected well enough…
