Send SYSLOGs to Remote SYSLOG Server

I have a QUTS HERO TS-H973AX.

I need to send the logs to a remote SYSLOG server. How do I switch from RFC 3164 to RFC 5424?

So your remote server won’t accept RFC 3164 logs?

Correct, the SYSLOG server wants RFC 5424, but my only option on the QNAP is RFC 3164.

Hi Eddie,

try this.
Besides integrating with another QNAP QuLog Center, it’s also compatible with RFC-5424–compliant syslog servers.
