The TS-h973AX NAS does not turn on

The QNAP NAS server, model TS-h973AX, was installed, and it won’t turn on.

After the initial setup, the server was shut down within the configuration page using its respective IP and port. The next day, the power cable was reconnected and the power button was pressed, but the NAS doesn’t work.

Only a solid red LED appears with no power-on patterns or beeps when the NAS is docked. The NAS’s network cable remains solid yellow and orange. It only flashes yellow from time to time. However, Qfinder Pro only commands the server to turn on and displays a message stating that it successfully turned on. However, the NAS still won’t turn on.

Can you help me with this problem?

If your NAS does not boot up via power button (any sort of power up signs)…you might want to contact your POS for a swap (DOA)
