TS-251 unable to shutdown or reboot the NAS

This morning, I’m experiencing strange behavior. When I log into the QTS interface, I always get a screen with a window waiting for a process to shut down (see attached image). I force the shutdown by clicking “Shut down now,” pressing the power button for 5 seconds, or unplugging the power supply. After restarting, I see this same window again when I log into QTS.

Has anyone on the forum encountered this before?
