TVS-h874 not seen on network or with QFinder

@ dosborne

Thank you! Never noticed that. Appreciate it.

Back in town. On android chrome no popup. Will have to try it in a PC.

Thanks!

@SteveKo @haru0 Thanks for all your help!

I apologize I have not provided an update. Life and travel really intervened and just today I am performing the remaining recommended steps. NAS has been running fine on the DHCP 2GB internal port since my last post.

Thanks to the tips above found out which port is the 10G port I assigned a fixed IP address to. Thanks!

I updated Qfinder. Thanks Bob.

I rebooted. Logged in at the 2GB IP address and the network page now just said “connected” on the port it was connected to. Before all ports said connected. So the reboot fixed that. Progress.

Qfinder now acting normal and found both my NAS devices. At the connected IP address. Not some previously used one like it was. More progress.

Unplugged ethernet from 2GB port and plugged into 10G port with the fixed IP address outside my DHCP range. I can login, browse via windows explorer by number or name, and virtual switch section is correct with right connection. Ditto Qfinder.

All looks good! Thanks again to all for the help. Wish I knew what started thismissue in the first place but all appears good now.

Thanks,

BJB
