Looks like the DOM needs to be programmed/configured with the NAS model and MAC. I agree with @NA9D , this will require QNAP’s assistance.

The “installed” version is rather old, v1.2..8.xxxx, typical when a DOM image was installed. So you need may be an older QTS image 4.x for installation, my guess, the selected file is to new. But QNAP support will know best how to proceed. Regards
