VM Console - black screen - Virtulization Station Container & Virtualization

Hi there, I am in the process of attempting to create a new VM within the Virtulization Station. Regardless of what I try, I am unable to access the console, I just get a black screen. I can see in the thumbnail the VM console, but when clicking on console, I just get a black screen. Any ideas/guidance would be greatly appreciated. I have looked through the KB and posts and don’t seem to see any references to this same issue Thanks
