2FA/MFA not working either with Google nor Qnap Auth

Hi everyone,
I have to get in my Qnap with email auth.
Neither Google nor Qnap Auth are working anymore.

Still have this message : “Security code authentication failed. Please make sure that the secret key you entered is correct and that the system time on your NAS and your mobile device are synchronized“

I’ve tried to redo my 2FA/MFA and the new code is not valid.
Anybody face to this kind of issue ?

Found !!!
My Qnap time sync server settings to pool.ntp.org is not valid anymore.
Have to set the time server to : time.facebook.com …
and 2FA/MFA works back with Qnap Auth
