Access remotely nas with windows file browser

Hello,

I have a QNAP NAS in my office and would like to access it from home by mapping a network drive on my Windows 11 computer.

My Nas is model: TS-433 4G and it’ up to date

What is the procedure?

Connect to the office via VPN[no, not the anonymizer paid kind], check with your IT support on how to do this. (No info on the size of the company or who does the IT support, so a shot in the dark)
