adding active directory user/group

Hello,
I’ve joined my QNap device(QuTS hero final version) to AD Domain.
But when I tried to add users or groups, it sometimes can not retrieve user or group data,
For example;
I can add a group, but can’t find any user info, or sometimes can add user but can not retrieve and select a group.

QuTS has been ‘final’ for a while, please state your version and build.
