After reset can't login with CloudKey

I’ve just made some mess in my NAS network settings (virtual switch) and have lost an access to it. After “short reset” (reset button for 3 sec) Qfinder finds it but combination admin/CloudKey (from the sticker) gives “wrong user/password” message. I am connected directly by ethernet and have o lot of data to reach ;). Any tips&tricks?
TS-453D, QTS 5.2.4.3079, acces from MacOS 14.3

No backups ? …

If neither Cloudkey nor MAC1 work (in case the firmware was not updated) then open a ticket with QNAP support.

Only backups  That’s the point
Thanks for your help and I’m going to Support ;(

If it’s only backups, then you can restore the data again, worst case … so no worries (if not … then it’s no backup)

I have found the support site with that problem:
I'm unable to log in to QTS and the password reset does not work. What can I do? | QNAP (ES)?
I did some steps (some doesn’t show in Terminal) and finally logged in and changed password. Now I have an access to my NAS but… every app “is stopped. Do you want to start it now?” Of course I want and click OK and nothing happens…

I would re-apply the current firmware, something might have gone bad
