Albums are gone from QMAgie. very concerning has happended before and had to reipport from back up ???
NAS Model?
NAS Firmware version?
QuMagie version?
Disk configuration?
Anything “strange” happen such as disk errors in the logs, app update, etc?

Also, regarding the disappearing albums — could you clarify whether all albums disappear or just individual ones? And are the files actually missing from the NAS, or is it only within QuMagie that they disappear? Thanks!

Now importing Qmagie meta data from back up meta data - some albums appearing in photo station - cannot use Qmagie ///.
Progress after 1 day - 8% of 300,000 images.
Why does Qmagie loose its meta data after firmware upgrade or shutdown start up etc. Looks like the System will be out of action for about 2 weeks just to return to where it was.
Never never had this issue with photo station so Qmagie is the problem. This is about the third time I have had to do this. Not a good outcome when it comes time to consider upgrade/ replace NAS.
QuMagie has now finished update of the back up. All albums are visible. Facial and object recognition is still under way.
If i had not have a back up in March 2025 i would have lost weeks of hard work. The albums had disaaperaed for QPhoto as well.
All albums are now visible in Qmagie and Qphoto
Albums stream successfully to TV on Qmedia app (google TV)
Qphoto albums are visible and Slideshow plays with effects zoom etc.
Qmagie takes several minutes (5 at least to load) and eventually will open an album. wow is is slow.
TS 251B - latest QTS updated to day.
Qmagie can plan a slide show but its fast no customization etc.
I think the TS-251B is overwhelmed by QMagic.
