Any QNAP experts in the Chicago, Illinois, USA area?

Good day,

I have a QNAP TS-473. This stuff is WAY too complicated for me to figure out.

I would like to find someone who is a QNAP NAS EXPERT in the Chicago, Illinois, USA area and have him/her look it over and make sure it is setup and configured the way I want it. Does anybody know of anyone. Yes I’m willing to pay them for their time and expertise.

Also, almost anyone can remote in. I have a NAS I set up and it was 'picked up and I have never been there for 4 years.

dolbyman is probably the most knowledgeable member. He might be able to help you remotely.

Thanks for willing to help me out. Yes I know exactly were Algonquin is. I’m in Palatine, so not too far away. So I think I have my TS-473 NAS set up correctly, but its all very complicated and I’d like to have you look it over and see if its actually set up and configured the way I think it is.
