Hello. After being unable to log in to the device (Web, SSH, Qfinder), I restored the firmware from a live CD image (live-cd-20120424-TS-x19PII_USB30). Unfortunately, it’s an old system (QTS 3.4.4.0830T), and my drives were already on QTS 4.3 (a different file system in Linux). Therefore, I’m looking for an interim version of the QTS software, QTS 4.0.2 or QTS 4.1.1, to update the firmware. The lowest available version on the Qnap website is 4.3.3.1945. Qfinder doesn’t accept this one either, as the file system version is different. Can I download archived versions to put this device back? Regards.
The problem was solved after flashing a Live CD (Boottable Pendrive). Connecting the device to the computer via a switch, not directly. Boot mode was enabled by pressing the reset button and connecting the power supply. Then, a long reset and the device booted up and allowed the latest firmware to be flashed.
