I’ve been blocked on my computer, but I can still access the server from my mobile device. Is there a solution?

What model NAS. What OS on the NAS? What do you mean blocked? Are you using the internal or external IP of the NAS. Where are you accessing via your phone? Is that via QFile? Is that when you are on your home WiFi network or when you are away from home?
