Fehlermeldung: QuFTP FTP-Login schlägt nach Update auf TS-453 Pro mit 530 Login incorrect fehl

Hallo QNAP Support,

ich möchte auf ein mögliches Authentifizierungs-Problem (Regression) in einer aktuellen Version des QuFTP Service hinweisen.

Problem:
Nach dem Update von QuFTP schlagen alle FTP-Logins mit dem Fehler „530 Login incorrect“ fehl, obwohl die Zugangsdaten korrekt und unverändert sind. Mit exakt derselben Konfiguration funktionierte bis einschließlich QuFTP Version 1.4.3 alles ohne Probleme. Auf Client-Seite wurde nichts verändert.

Umgebung:

  • NAS-Modell: TS-453 Pro (Intel Celeron J1900, x86_64)
  • QTS-Version: 5.2.9.3499
  • QuFTP-Version mit Fehler: 1.4.4
  • Letzte bekannte, funktionierende QuFTP-Version: 1.4.3
  • FTP-Client: lftp, wird von einem automatisierten Backup-Upload-Skript verwendet (seit Langem unverändert)
  • FTP-Kontotyp: lokaler NAS-Benutzer

Bereits überprüfte Punkte:

  • Benutzername und Passwort sind korrekt und wurden nicht geändert.
  • FTP-Berechtigung ist für das Konto im QuFTP Service aktiviert.
  • Der FTP-Server ist im QuFTP Service aktiviert.
  • Der 530-Fehler tritt bei jedem Verbindungsversuch auf, nicht nur mit lftp, sodass es kein klientenspezifisches Problem zu sein scheint.

Könnten Sie bitte untersuchen, warum die Authentifizierung mit der aktuellen QuFTP-Version auf diesem Modell fehlschlägt? Ich kann Ihnen QuFTP- bzw. QuLog-Ereignisprotokolle oder andere Diagnosedaten zur Verfügung stellen.

Wäre es in der Zwischenzeit als Workaround möglich, mir das QuFTP 1.4.3 QPKG (x86_64) bereitzustellen, damit ich zur letzten funktionierenden Version zurückkehren kann, während das Problem analysiert wird?

vielen Dank für deine Rückmeldung.

Ich habe Version 1.4.5 bereits getestet. Ich habe die Anwendung sogar deinstalliert und neu installiert, aber leider ohne Erfolg.

Ich habe die Berechtigungen des Benutzerkontos für den FTP-Zugang überprüft und sie scheinen korrekt zu sein.

Auch mit dem Admin-Konto habe ich es getestet, aber ich erhalte weiterhin denselben 530-Fehler.

Was mich wundert, ist, dass im Tab „Logs“ überhaupt keine Informationen erscheinen.

Gibt es dazu Neuigkeiten? Habe das gleiche Problem. 1.4.5 funktioniert NICHT. Admin-User funktioniert, normale User nicht. Gleicher Fehler, 530 login incorrect. Habe mehrere Test-User erstellt und alles getestet. Immer der gleiche Fehler…

password WAS correct, re-set it a thousand times.. even with “passwd scanner”..

In den neueren Versionen scheint der Prozess proftpd mit geringeren Rechten zu laufen und kann daher nicht auf die Benutzerdatenbank zugreifen.

Überprüfe die Berechtigungen der Datei /etc/config/passwd. Wenn sie auf 600 gesetzt sind, ändere sie auf 644.
