Camera 2 Read data error

Hello, every evening we receive an error at 00h00
Here is the error:

“47478”,“1”,“2025-05-12 00:00:00”,“11”,“2”,“Camera 2 read data error 1 time(s) in the last day.”

More info’s like NAS model, NVR version,Camera model,etc would be vital for any sort of help.

Nas model : QVR 2212 Pro +
NVR Version : 5.1.6
Camera model : Vivotek FD816BA

Never worked with these QVR NAS, if nobody shows up that can help, maybe best to open a ticket

I would not worry about a random error unless it starts happening a lot.

It happens every day at midnight. You think it’s a network or camera issue?
We have four Vivotek FD816BAs, but we’re not receiving any alerts.

Check your cron if any services run at midnight that could interrupt it
