Cannot acces WAN Gateway metric 100

I have a TS-453Be and I have no Inet access, I have declared the System default gateway as auto and the system has chosen one for me (adapter 3). Adapter 3 is connected to the Inet through a router that has access to the Inet, but the NAS has no access to the Inet (world icon is gray).
I have disabled the Firewall in case there was a rule denying access but it still is not connecting. If I go into “Network & Virtual Switch” 7”Route” I see that the default gateway has a metric of 100, all the other routes´metrics are 0.I think this is the problem and I do not know how to change this. Any ideas?

Thank you for your replys.

Could you enable the ssh, try to login your NAS and ping / traceroute any servers? The response might give some hint.

Also, the metric 100 is only useful when you are using multiple network interfaces that connects to different network.

And Metric 100 for routing is a higher value and would be taken first.

We recommend you try manually setting the DNS for Network & Virtual Switch to see if that resolves the issue. Please also provide a screenshot of your settings.

If the problem persists, please open a support ticket for us. Our Support Team will be happy to assist you further.

Problem solved, defective AP was confusing the NAS.
