Can't access Snapshot replicas

I’m looking for some files from a few years back, I have the snapshot vault qnap used back then but when I click on snapshot vault it just says loading data, please wait…
I’ve preformed a reset on the unit rebooted and reinserted the drives. I suspect it might be becasue the drive is almost ful 6.98TB out of 7.03. I thougt I could maybe free data somehow by deleting old snapshots using SSH but I don’t knowif that is possible or even where the data is stored.

any help would be much appreciated.

Best to open a ticket and include vital info like NAS model, firmware used, actual setup, etc. (All the stuff missing in your post here)
