Can't Login after some hours with QuTS hero 6 Beta

I tried QuTS hero 6 Beta with my new TVS-AIh1688ATX Nas. First it worked well. I created one System Pool on 2 M2 1TB. And after that 1 Big Qtier Pool with 8x14TB (as Cool) Raid 5, 4x 4TB Sata SDDs (as Warm) Raid 5 and 2x M2 4TB Drive (as Hot) Raid 1. Everythings seems fine. So i started with coping my files back on the new Nas. After some Hours the Transfer just stopped and i was not able to login in into the Webinterface. When i put the password inside the Login page it just showed the page again without Login. I tried diffrent Browsers and restart of the Nas and the Computer. I also noticed that the Nas was not able to shutdown completly. After i disconnected all drives i was able to Login again. So i guess there was something wrong with the Qtier Pool.

Now i use QuTS hero h5.6.0.3367 with no problems but sadly also without Qtier.

We have tried to reproduce this issue, but so far have not encountered the situation. We will continue to monitor it.
If you have more information, please kindly provide it, or you can directly open a ticket to proceed with the process. Thank you!

What i can say i used lower 3,5 HDDs Bays for the normal HDDs (8x14tb) the upper 3,5 Bays for the Sata SSDs (4x4TB) and the 2 M2 SSD (2x4TB) with the QNAP QDA-UMP4. The System Drive 2xM2 1TB was on a QM2-4P-384.

Thank you for your feedback. If possible, please open a support ticket. This will allow us to gather more detailed information and work towards a resolution for you. Thank you for your cooperation!

Maybe the transfer stops around 4TB, right?
I think it’s probably because the High-Tier M.2 SSD is running out of capacity, causing the IO to go haywire.

I was in the same situation.
After transferring a certain amount,
go to Storage Pool > Tiering Schedule (set it to run a few minutes later),
and after a while, the High-Speed Tier will have free space, so you can resume the transfer.

I think that’s the best way to handle it.
