Cayan Media Player update supposed to be available but is not

In Qcenter Agent and in desktop (QTS) it shows update available. My one NAS that has a license updated.

@Franklin I noticed that CAYIN Media Sign Player appears in your “My App” list, but it shows “Buy License” instead of being available for download.

Please let me confirm one thing, do you use “QVR HDMI Smart Client” on your NAS and added its QVR AI Pack license?

And yes to the license. We have the AI pack liscense on 4 ofour NAS’ {all 3 in this thread)

It updated for me just fine.

@Franklin this should be a bug between older versions of the QVR HDMI Smart Client and CAYIN Media Sign Player.

If your QVR HDMI Smart Client version is 2.8.2 or higher and you do not need to use CAYIN Media Sign Player, removing CAYIN Media Sign Player should be fine.
