Would it be possible to configure an Immutability or Specific Read Only LUN with the QTS on a TVS NAS?

WORM is only available on shared folders with QuTS and QES

So in this case the TVS unit running QTS OS won’t be able to do WORM?

No, QTS does not support it

Although, QTS does support iSCSI ACLs, which might be enough: iSCSI Access Control List | QTS 5.0.x
