Custom Registries - Container Station 3.1.2.1742 (2025/11/26) - TS-464

I have built a custom image which has been pushed to my private repo in Docker Hub. When I try to add it as a custom registry the connection test works but when I apply the change the dialog closes but the custom registry isn’t added. There are no errors and no visible indication of an issue.

Is this a known issue?

I am able to pull the image via SSH but would rather be able to handle the private repo in the same way as I do public Docker Hub repos.

Regarding the issue you are experiencing with adding a custom registry in Container Station, we kindly recommend that you open a Support Ticket through our Service Portal so our technical support team can further investigate this behavior.

When opening the ticket, please include the following information to help speed up the investigation:

  • NAS model

  • Current QTS / QuTS hero version

  • Container Station version

  • Screenshots of the custom registry settings

  • Steps to reproduce the issue

  • Whether the same private repository can be pulled successfully via SSH / command line

  • Any relevant system logs or error messages
