Box fell a short distance - power unplugged and all 4 bays popped open - reseated them.
After reboot only drive light 1 goes green and finder can’t find the box.
I powered down and pulled all the drives and it is now findable and asking to be configured.
Powered down and put the drives back in - same symptoms - power and one drive light - unit not findable.
How much does the OS rely on drives for configuration and is it stored on drive one? If drive one went bad is there any way to get the configuration off of it using drive recovery tools?
