I bought one license that is not in use or no device present can this be done when I bought a qnap qgd-3014-16pt unit but the cameras are not supported properly through the switch side despite the list saying so I have retuerned the units to the vendor but trying to deactivate this license for refund but it will not even without the device anyone got any ideas??
Best to talk to support via ticket, but I don’t think you can refund licenses.
You can’t transfer a license to a different QNAP account either. Which effectively means you can’t sell it.
