I am suprised that there is not a topic concerning the deadbolt ransomware here. My Entire Drive is locked and cannot seem to find out how to recover. QNAP I cant believe you have not found a way to recover your clients files.

The easiest solution is stop sharing your NAS to the world to get infected in the first place, then wipe your NAS and restore from your backups.

If you were infected by deadbolt and had
a) no backups
b) did not pay the ransom initially (too late now, as keys are not issued anymore)
You are out of luck, neither QNAP,FBI,CIA or anyone else can help you as the encryption used would take longer than the heat-death of the universe to brutefoce.
