Default audio track and subtitles during streaming video to TV

Hello everyone,

I have a question for support with followed issue.

I have TS-233 and TV LG. I have some personal videos with 2 audio sources, first is Polish and second is English. I am using MKVToolnix to edit parameters in video files and I am changing default language from Polish to English, also Subtitles I am changing to Polish as default and force display. After editing on my windows PC video files using edited default audio and subtitle tracks. But when I am trying to watch on TV via DLNA the videos are played with first audio track and first subtitle track. Is there any option to change in files settings that videos shall use data encoded in files instead first on the list? I am not sure if I am explaining everything correct.

Thank you for support in advance

I am using Media Streaming Add-on

Best would be to use a modern way to playback media

Either Kodi on an external player (not available on LG WebOS, at least not without dev access) and scrape your files on the NAS via SMB…
Or use Plex,Emby,Jellyfin servers to tag and default your preferred language track. (All 3 players are available for modern LG WebOS TV’s, checked on my LG G3)

Caveat could be the very very low performance of your NAS as the server, but if you can direct play all files, it would work.

Thanks dude  I will check your proposal.

Please note that the DLNA Alliance has been disbanded.

We suggest you consider using other streaming software like Plex instead.
