Deleted files to Recycle bin, please!

Dear colleagues! I need Your advice.

I have TS-431P2 and QTS 5.2.6.3195.
At first I create static volume VOLUME1 in Storage and snapshots.
Then I try to create Shared folder BASE1 in FileStation.
In properties I check Enable recycle bin and uncheck Restrict the access of Recycle Bin to administrators only for now.
Folder was created. Recycle Bin folder was created inside shared folder, e.g. \volume1\base1@recycle
Then I share this \volume1\base1 to my Workstation and create from there file FILE1.
How can I configure file deleting process for share? I need to not allow permanent deletion of files, but every time just file moving to Recycle Bin?
Now file just permanently deleted. What files now comes to \volume1\base1@recycle?
Network recycle bin on NAs is enabled. No exclude files or retention time is set.

Thanks!

Depend on the protocol.

The Recycle bin feature will work in File Station, FTP settings, or by clients connected using Samba.

Not sure if force delete in Windows will skip the recycle bin or not. I did not work on that part in detail.
