New QNAP user (coming from Synology) and I’m trying to setup email notifications. Is there a way to setup notifications with variables? I would like to prefix the email subject line but retain the original subject of the notification? This is helpful for ticket management. We’re an MSP and need to manage a lot of notifications from customer systems. We are trying out QNAP as a potential replacement for Synology for our customers since Synology has stagnated on hardware.
