Dear reader,

I am currently using a TS-253D, but since official support for it ends late next year, I am considering upgrading to the TS-264.

However, given that the TS-264 has been available since 2024, could you let me know how long this model will remain supported and receive software/security updates?

Thanks

EDIT: I noticed the TS-262A. How long does Qnap support this NAS? How many years?

There doesn’t seem to be an EOL date for the TS-264 yet. Its successor is likely to be the TS-h465 (2+2). The TS-h865 (6+2) is already available.

The NAS will not seize to work, just keep using it.

I have a near 20 year old TS-419p+..still works
